Analyst data
Requirements, watchlists, notes, archived products and derived work are scoped to the account or authorized team workspace.
Telemetry
First-party telemetry accepts only allowlisted workflow events and coarse status fields. It rejects queries, source URLs, product prose, names, emails and case titles.
Retention and controls
Raw artifacts follow the configured short lifecycle, while derived analyst work persists until deletion or another agreed retention rule. Account export excludes raw-expired artifacts. Account deletion removes identity and user-scoped derived state while preserving the append-only security audit as a tombstoned record.
