Subscription cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls. Access continues according to the billing period shown by the payment provider.
Refunds
Credits are charged only for a released premium product.
Failed provider calls, canceled queued jobs and products rejected during publication review automatically return the reserved premium credit.
Refund review
For duplicate charges, technical inability to access the paid service or other billing errors, contact support with the charge date and account username. Requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law.
No silent regeneration
Exporting an archived product does not invoke a model or consume another credit.
